About Us
Mr Colin Huyton has been the tenant farmer at Bolton Peel Farm for 40 years, The farm and land are in excess of 300 acres and supports farm buildings, cattle sheds, agricultural and transport equipment and vehicles and a significant head of cattle. The farm is in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and supports an abundance of flora and fauna. His knowledge and understanding of farming is second to none.
Huytons have been providing a service to United Utilities Water plc for the past 16 years in relation to Loading, Transportation & Spreading of Biosolids produced at the respective UU WwTW and spread at end-user farms. David and Colin’s experience of the agricultural sector equates to 80 years of experience. They pride themselves on providing excellent service.
We currently have a fleet of 9 HGV’s and 4 Tractors and trailers running for United Utilities delivering over various locations, from Mid Wales to Southern Scotland and across to the East coast from Middlesbrough to Kings Lynn regularly.
